Using Facebook- More Rings
Here is a really simple cheat that gets you 5 rings each time (But you need a Facebook to do it)
- First- You need to log into Facebook on the game
- Second- Go to anyone on your characters and click on them with all the level up settings, who they're dating, etc.
- Third- Click the green button in the top left corner of all the options next to their picture that says 'Link'
- Fourth- Link them to one of your Facebook friends
- Fifth- Get 5 rings
- Sixth (Optional)- Go to customize and click 'Unlink' next to their name if you don't want to have them actually be linked to a Facebook friend.
Few Notes:
You will only get the rings once for each person but can always go back and link and unlink characters. This doesn't work with people given to you by the game (Payton, Julian, Autumn, etc.) Hope you enjoyed this tip!

Well I have a cheat that will fix all of that, but there is only one 'firewall' that you have to be careful to avoid; detention. In this cheat, you will only get two minutes of detention. You also must be signed into Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play for this to work, so you can delete the game if you get detention and do not want to wait for it. Easy, huh? So let's get started!
So first, make sure you have the quest, party, building, and or date you want to speed up without spending a fortune of rings. Go to your settings and change the time of day up as long as you need it. (Ex: If it is six o'clock p.m and you have a quest that takes six hours, change the time on your device to twelve o'clock a.m.) Make sure that your time changes were saved to your device, refresh high school story, and get back to your game and complete your quest ASAP, not wasting a single second, and press the home button and go into settings and change the time back to the way it was. Then, go on High school story and enjoy what you have speed up. You can do this repetitively, like I do, and only get detention for either two or five minutes if you messed up somewhere, or only get detention warnings. Detention is where you cannot party, date, or quest for a certain amount of time.
When I was a noob at high school story, I tried to get out of detention by changing the time and not getting out quickly, changing the time back, being signed into game center, or refreshing the game, and I ended up getting eight and a half hours or detention! I deleted the game because I couldn't do anything about it! So that goes to show you, if you don't follow these very important steps, you can end up ruining your game. So be careful, patient, and quick, and you can become a high school story master!

OK, so we all know about the time glitch. Here's how to use it PROPERLY. READ THROUGH THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU DO IT.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE SYNCED WITH GAMECENTER. THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU AREN'T.
how to check if you're synced: you should get a welcome back message each time you open the game: Welcome back, USERNAME:
- 1. open the game
- 2. set your books, quests, dates, parties, admissions EVERYTHING.
- 3. close the game, as in shut it down (don't delete it)
- 4. go into general, then time and change it. but change it to a few days later.
- 5. go back into the game
- 6. your going to get a message saying the time isn't synced, ignore it.
- 7. GET ALL YOUR REWARDS. FINISH THE QUESTS. BUT DO NOT START ANYTHING NEW. AT ALL.
- 8. make sure you're synced with GC. THIS IS IMPORTANT. refer to beginning of cheat to make sure you are synced.
- 9. go back into the game, let it give you a detention or w/e
- 10. delete the app.
- 11. your going to get a message saying whether or not you want to keep or gamecenter achievements ect. TAP ON KEEP. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. KEEP.
- 12. re-download the game, if you did this right and was synced with gamecenter it should give you a message telling you it's syncing and loading your previous things.
- 13. all your stuff are there, money and books aswell.
- 14. you WONT get a detention b/c its your 'first time' (cause you deleted the app. (; )
- 14. REPEAT.
I hope this works!! Make sure you are SYNCED WITH GAME CENTER. I'M SERIOUS. YOU WILL REGRET NOT BEING SYNCED.
Avoiding detention
People who use the 'going forward in time'...
Detention sucks when you revert back to original time and you try some means to avoid detention. Deleting the app, keep game center thing, and re-download the game, helps restore the game and detention is gone.
But here is one thing to keep in mind...BACK UP YOUR PHONE BEFORE REVERTING BACK TO ORIGINAL TIME!!! Then do all the deleting stuff and stuff. Sometimes the detention avoid process DOES NOT restore the game. It sucks too loose everything.
Let me review:
- Go forward in time is AWSOME!!!
- BACK UP PHONE
- Avoid detention by deleting the app, keep the gamecenter thing that appears after you hit the delete button, and redownload.
- Try out the game and restore if need be.
Time glitch cheat without game center
Ok so when i first started playing this game and tried use time glitch i realised u can do it only 1 or 2 times before they give you detention... Now what i did was i went to the date and time and changed the date three days forward(before starting the game)... After doing this when u open the game u get a note or whatever saying your time dosent match the games time just click ok.. After doing so you can go forward in time how many ever times you want.. Now remember when you change the timing back to normal you will get detention but that is 4hours and what i did was before sleeping i kept the game on or while doing any chores keep it on so time keeps passing in the game.. When i used to wake up the next day my detention used to be over.. I dont know if this will help but it helped me so...
